A new FREE Craft Night in London - launching May 29th 2012

Introducing.....The Make Escape!!!
We are an open Craft Night, held in East London on the last Tuesday of the month, launching on May 29th. Join us at the gorgeous Hackney Attic, upstairs of the new Hackney Picturehouse cinema where we invite you to sit back and get in touch with your creative side. You'll have a chance to make, take and create your own crafty stuff and what's more not only is it FREE entry to join us, the materials to make stuff is FREE too!!
(We're nice like that!)
Bring along craft projects you're working on, get help, inspiration, make new friends and most of all, we hope you'll come here and have fun.
Every month they'll be a unique theme - in May we're having a Fashion Fiesta, June a James Bond Craft Night and July - a Teddy Bear's Picnic. There's also a makers market where you can buy handmade gifts and goodies.
The nights are open to any one who's curious, likes making things, aren't sure if they like making things and anyone who just fancies a different kind of night out. Whether you're a craftaholic or you haven't picked up a felt tip pen since you were at school, we promise you won't leave without a big smile on your face - especially as there's a fabulous bar on site serving yummy cakes too!
The Make Escape is run by Momtaz Begum-Hossain and Rosie Martin - if you'd like to find out more, want to say hi, would like to have market stall or run a workshop at our night, drop us an email at: themakeescape@googlemail.com and follow us on Twitter: TheMakeEscape for all the latest updates. We look forward to meeting you at The Make Escape! : )
